Online Classes

We run a range of online classes during lockdowns and Covid-19 restriction periods to keep our students active while at home.

We also run regular weekly online fitness classes for over 50 year olds which aim to keep people healthy, fit and moving in an interesting and fun way, combining yoga, dance and body conditioning techniques; these classes are very accessible and suitable for people of all types of physical fitness and ability.
