The apprenticeship program is for 16-25yr olds. Apprentices have the opportunity to learn how to become assistant teachers and will gain experience in all areas of the school. We provide training in skills development, teaching methodology, safeguarding, health and safety, lesson planning and structure, creating and producing shows as well as an insight into how we run the organisation and support in individuals professional development.
